Jennifer McEntire, PhD, is Senior Vice President of Food Safety at United Fresh Produce Association. A food microbiologist by background, she has worked in the Washington, DC area for 20 years, bringing the scientific perspective to food safety regulatory issues. She was previously Vice President of Science Operations at the Grocery Manufacturers Association. United Fresh Produce Association has recently announced Class Two of its Produce Safety Immersion Program. Jennifer McEntire, Ph.D., Senior Vice President of Food Safety at United Fresh Produce Association will chat with Highland’s Bristol Wells, Service Specialist Manager. Bristol was accepted into the program for 2021 and we will learn about what it does and what means for these professionals once they complete it. We will also talk about the future of food safety and what is happening in 2021.
